HomeCamps & FormsHistory Common Questions Property Staff AlumniDirections, maps & Contact Info	Swannanoa is a beautifully rustic co-ed camp nestled in the foothills of the Great Craggy Mountains, only ~15 minutes from Asheville. Then it is off to the fun! Spend the day swimming, hiking, rock climbing, doing arts & crafts, hiking, archery...and that is just the beginning! The whole day is filled with all the fun you can imagine! We do a mix of pre-arranged schedule and "kid planning". We go ahead and schedule some time for each group in areas such as archery, Arts & Crafts, Swimming, etc. so that everyone gets a chance to try everything. But the cool part is that once the cabin group gets together, the group brainstorms what they want to do to fill in the other time. YOU get a say in what you do while you are here! We strive to create a camp culture that is positive and supportive for kids to explore their passions and create lasting connections with their campmates. Read on to learn more about us....
