Camp Descriptions

Day Camp: ages 5-13 (Prices adjust)

How does spending every day at camp and sleeping the comforts of your own bed sound? We are offering a day camp through the ENTIRE SUMMER!! Each day will be filled with fun camp activities and each week has a cool theme. It is a great way to beat the economic "crisis"!

3-Day Camps:

Cloverbud: ages 5-8 ($150/mini-camp)

This camp is like the Traditional camp but it is shorter. It is a sampler camp for those not ready for a full week of camp yet. These "buds" will get to swim, do archery, go hiking and that is only scratching the surface! This is perfect for the first time camper!

June 27-29 = FULL

 

Exploper Camp: ages 9-12 ($150/mini-camp)

This camp is like the Traditional camp but it is shorter. It is a sampler camp for those not ready for a full week of camp yet. These Explorer's will get to swim, do archery, go hiking and that is only scratching the surface! This is perfect for the first time camper!

June 30-July 2= FULL

 

6-Day Camps:

Traditional Camp: ages 8-10 ($425/week )

This camp includes activities like swimming, archery, arts & crafts, team building & hiking to name just a few things. Each day is full of new adventures and the evenings are a blast with different All-Camps like a Luau dance or Talent Show. This camp is a week long and is packed full of fun.

July 4-9 = FULL

 

X-cellent Aventure: ages 9-12 ($450/week)

After camp activities, take some rock climbing and sprinkle in some white water fun. Add some outdoor living skills and you have one X-cellent adventure! This camp is a specialty camp, it is limited to 5 girls and 5 boys per session

June 27-July 2 = FULL

August 1-6 =OPEN

 

Walk in the Woods: ages 9-12 ($425/week)

Learn about the forest from the inside out! Campers will be learning forestry, visit Cradle of Forestry then Sliding Rock or swim in the falls. Campers will also learn survival skills and hike a portion of the Appalachian Trail. This camp is a specialty camp, it is limited to 5 girls and 5 boys

June 27-July 2 = FULL

 

High in the Sky: ages 9-12 ($450/week)

Why keep your feet on the ground when you can go rock climbing, challenge yourself on a high ropes course, visit one of the highest suspension bridges or hike to a nearby mountain peak? This camp is a specialty camp, it is limited to 5 girls and 5 boys

August 1-6 =FULL

 

Pack Your Bags: ages 9-12 ($500/week)

Road trip anyone? This camp starts at camp but doesn't stay long! This week long camp is a traveling camp that will take you to some fun and interesting places...enjoy a day of whitewater rafting, caving, mountain biking, swimming in local waterfalls and that is just the beginning! The campers will pull back into camp on Thursday evening, just in time for closing campfire. This camp is a specialty camp, it is limited to 10 girls and 10 boys.

July 18-23 = OPEN

 

Aventure Camp: ages 11-12 ($425/week)

This camp includes and goes beyond the traditional camp activities. Campers will learn orienteering skills, team building, outdoor living skills and much more. This camp will travel and camp off site one night, go rock climbing and create memories that will last a lifetime.

July 4-9 = FULL

 

Head in the Clouds : ages 12-15 ($450/week)

H2O, H2O Everywhere: ages 12-15 ($450/week)

How does rushing down the river in a raft sounds? This week is full of things that will get you out in nature and enjoying the excitement of white water. You may not be at camp much during the day but we will try to squeeze in as many camp activities as we can. This camp is a specialty camp, it is limited to 5 girls and 5 boys

June 27-July 2 = FULL

 

Trekker Camp: ages 13-15 ($450/week)

This camp includes and goes beyond the traditional camp activities. Campers will learn orienteering skills, team building, outdoor living skills and much more. This camp will travel and camp off site one night, go rock climbing and create memories that will last a lifetime.

July 4-9 = FULL

10-Day Camps:

Mountains Inside & Out: ages 11-13 ($650/week)

This camp is the ultimate camp experience! Campers will head out to go rock climbing, whitewater rafting, caving and mountain biking. They will also spend a few days hiking and camping on the Appalachian Trail. The trip will conclude with some days back at camp to do fun camp activities like archery, swimming, evening All-Camps and more. At this camp, you will explore the mountains from the inside out! This camp is a specialty camp, it is limited to 10 girls and 10 boys.

July 28-August 6 = OPEN

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

 

 

Granted Camp:

.Operation Purple Camp: ages 8-16 ($free/week)

This camp is a camp for kids whose parents are in the military. This camp is sponsored by the National Military Family Association and you must register for camp through their website. This camp blends traditional camp activities with unique military activities to create an awesome week of support and fun for the campers. We have successfully hosted OPC camps for the past 2 summers and the program keeps getting better and better!
