Reserving Swannanoa is as easy as... 1. Check Availability on the Calendar. 2. Call us at 828-686-3196 to confirm that the date is available and let us know you will be mailing the Reservation Form and a Deposit within 7 business days. 2. Download the Reservation Form from the "Forms" page. 3. Fill it out. 4. Write a check for at least 50% for a non-refundable deposit. 5. Put the Reservation Form and Deposit into an envelope and send to the address at the bottom of the page.
