What does my rental fee cover? Depending on what part of the Center you rent will depend on what part you can use. The Center can be rented partially or in it's entirety. When you book with us we can go over what area you are allowed to use.

What is there to do?

Swannanoa has a big advantage in this department. We are nestled in between Asheville and Black Mountain with the Blue Ridge Parkway only a 10 minute drive away. All of these towns have great atmospheres and between them both, they have everything you could want!

Black Mountain is a very cool town and has lots of artsy stores, coffee shops and provides an afternoon of leasurely strolling in the mountian air. It is located about a 7-10 minute drive from the Camp. Click here to learn more about the town www.townofblackmountain.org

Asheville is a larger town and has everything from movie theaters, fancy resturants and the nearest Wal Mart to eclectic downtown shops, brewery's and the Biltmore. Blue Ridge Parkway is an amazing driving experience that stretches from Asheville to Virginia. There are lots of hikes off the parkway and many towns along the way to explore. You can get on the parkway about 10 minutes from our Camp. Click here to learn more about it www.blueridgeparkway.org
